Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure I can accommodate all clients and respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will require a 50% deposit of the missed service amount before booking any future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your next scheduled service. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
